Our nanofiber filter media provides exceptional filtration efficiency on particles smaller than 1um in size, and even in the submicron range. As with our Gas Turbine nanofiber filter media, our Dust Collection nanofiber filter media can be designed to meet various efficiency classes and can also be coated on several different types of substrates, all of which are designed to meet or exceed customer requirements.


HIFYBER nanofiber media, is produced in accordance with international test standards such as EN779:2012, ISO 16890 and ASHRAE 52.2 and offers different efficiency classes from F7 to E12 & MERV 8 to MERV 16.


Critical equipment protection and higher filtration efficiency is achieved with Nanofiber Coated Dust Collection Filter Media compared to conventional filter media.Thanks to the nanofiber performance filter layer, dust accumulates not inside but on the surface of the filtration media, as opposed to deep into the media, and can be easily cleaned with back-pulsing. This results in longer filter life and low operating pressure drop.
