HF-SPS55-FM Face Mask Filtration Media

Our HF-SPS55-FM series face mask filtration media is designed to provide high filtration efficiency in face masks by capturing and neutralizing the smallest particles in the air with its multi-layer design feature. While being high in efficiency, its unique nanofiber structure allows for best in class permeability, thus providng extremely low pressure drop when compared to conventional mechanical filtration face mask media. High efficiency and high breathability – exactly how a face mask should be designed!

Face masks produced with HIFYBER Filter Media effectively capture 0.3 micron dust particles, offering protection against various pollutants, with 99.7% Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) / 99.9% Particulate Filtration Efficiency (PFE) as certified by independent testing institutions.

Biodegradable HF-BIO60-FM Face Mask Filtration Media

HIFYBER’s HF-BIO60 Face Mask filter media was developed to meet EN13432 Standard on biodegradability in our continuing effort to produce materials that are environmentally friendly. We have committed our research and development team to pursue technological advances in biodegradable products.

The electrospin nanofiber structure in our “Nanofiber Filter Media” provides excellent breathability and comfort for long-term use of face masks

Masks with our HIFYBER face mask filtration layer series are available in variouos efficiency levels; such as Type I, Type II, N95, N99, FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3.
